(Scope of Application)
Article 1: The accommodation contract and related agreements between the Hotel and the Guest shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and ordinances or generally accepted practices.
2. If the Hotel agrees to special provisions that do not contravene laws and ordinances or general practices, those provisions shall prevail.
(Application for Accommodation Contracts)
Article 2: Guests who wish to apply for an accommodation contract must provide the Hotel with the following details:
(1) Name of the Guest(s)
(2) Date(s) of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
(3) Accommodation charges (in principle, based on the basic accommodation charges outlined in Table 1)
(4) Other details deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. If the Guest requests an extension of the stay beyond the dates indicated in item (2) above during the stay, the Hotel will treat it as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time the request is made.
(Conclusion of Accommodation Contracts)
Article 3: The accommodation contract is deemed concluded when the Hotel accepts the Guest's application as stipulated in the previous article. However, this shall not apply if the Hotel provides evidence of not accepting the application.
2. Once the accommodation contract has been concluded as per the preceding paragraph, the Guest shall pay a deposit, up to the amount equivalent to the basic accommodation charges for the stay (or up to three days if the stay exceeds three days), by the date specified by the Hotel.
3. The deposit will first be applied to the Guest’s final accommodation charges, then to cancellation charges under Articles 6 and 18, and any remaining amount will be refunded at the time of final payment as specified in Article 12.
4. If the Guest fails to pay the deposit by the date specified by the Hotel as per paragraph 2, the accommodation contract shall lose its effect. However, this applies only if the Hotel has notified the Guest of the deposit payment deadline at the time of specifying the payment date.
(Special Provisions Exempting Deposit Payment)
Article 4: Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the Hotel may agree to special provisions exempting the Guest from paying the deposit after the contract is concluded.
2. If the Hotel does not request the payment of a deposit or does not specify a deposit payment deadline when accepting the accommodation application, it shall be treated as having agreed to the special provisions in the preceding paragraph.
(Cooperation in Infection Prevention Measures)
Article 4-2: The Hotel may request cooperation from Guests in infection prevention measures based on the provisions of Article 4-2, Paragraph 1 of the Hotel Business Act.
(Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contracts)
Article 5: The Hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases. This does not imply the Hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than those provided for in Article 5 of the Hotel Business Act:
(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
(2) When there is no room available due to full occupancy.
(3) When the person seeking accommodation is likely to conduct acts in violation of laws, public order, or good morals in connection with the stay.
(4) When the person seeking accommodation falls under any of the following categories:
a. Organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, related parties, or other antisocial forces as defined in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members.
b. Corporations or organizations controlled by organized crime groups or their members.
c. Corporations whose board members include members of organized crime groups.
(5) When the person seeking accommodation has caused significant disturbance to other guests.
(6) When the person seeking accommodation is recognized as a patient with a specified infectious disease.
(7) When unreasonable demands are made or an excessive burden is requested in connection with the accommodation, except for requests to remove social barriers based on the Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities.
(8) When false or defamatory statements about the Hotel, its employees, or other guests are posted online or on social media.
(9) When natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable circumstances prevent accommodation.
(10) When the person seeking accommodation is intoxicated or otherwise likely to disturb other guests or Hotel employees.
(Explanation of Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contracts)
Article 5-2: Guests may request an explanation from the Hotel if their accommodation contract application is refused based on the preceding article.
(Right of the Guest to Cancel the Contract)
Article 6: The Guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the Hotel.
2. If the Guest cancels the accommodation contract in whole or in part due to reasons attributable to the Guest, the Hotel will charge a cancellation fee as specified in Table 2, unless the Hotel has agreed to a special provision as stipulated in Article 4, paragraph 1. If a deposit has been paid and the Guest cancels before the payment date, the cancellation fee will apply.
3. If the Guest does not arrive by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the stay (or two hours after the scheduled arrival time if specified in advance), the Hotel may regard the accommodation contract as canceled.
(Right of the Hotel to Cancel the Contract)
Article 7: The Hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases. This does not imply the Hotel may refuse accommodation in cases other than those provided for in Article 5 of the Hotel Business Act:
(1) When the Guest engages in or is likely to engage in acts in violation of laws, public order, or good morals in connection with the stay.
(2) When the Guest falls under any of the following categories:
a. Organized crime groups, members, affiliates, or other antisocial forces.
b. Corporations controlled by organized crime groups or their members.
c. Corporations whose executives include members of organized crime groups.
(3) When the Guest causes significant disturbance to other guests.
(4) When the Guest is recognized as a patient with a specified infectious disease.
(5) When the Guest makes violent or unreasonable demands.
(6) When repeated unreasonable requests significantly impede service to other guests.
(7) When accommodation cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.
(8) When the Guest engages in disruptive behavior while intoxicated.
(9) When fire prevention rules, such as prohibiting smoking in non-smoking areas, are violated.
(Explanation of Contract Cancellation)
Article 7-2: Guests may request an explanation from the Hotel if the accommodation contract is canceled based on the preceding article.
(Registration)
Article 8: On the day of accommodation, the Guest shall register the following information at the front desk of the Hotel:
(1) Name, address, and contact details of the Guest
(2) For foreign guests without a Japanese address: nationality and passport number
(3) Other information deemed necessary by the Hotel
2. If the Guest intends to pay the accommodation charges using means other than cash, such as traveler’s checks, accommodation coupons, or credit cards, such payment methods must be presented at the time of registration.
(Use of Guest Rooms)
Article 9: The Guest is entitled to use the guest room of the Hotel from the check-in time until the designated check-out time. Please refer to the 'Check-Out' section in the service guide for details. In the case of consecutive stays, the room may be used all day except for the days of arrival and departure. Note that the room may not be ready due to unavoidable reasons such as room cleaning.
2. The Hotel may permit the use of the room outside the specified hours. In such cases, the following additional charges will apply:
(1) Up to 3 hours: one-third of the room charge
(2) Up to 6 hours: half of the room charge
(3) More than 6 hours: full room charge
Note: During peak occupancy, the Hotel may refuse requests for extended use.
(Compliance with Hotel Regulations)
Article 10: The Guest shall comply with the Hotel regulations posted within the premises.
(Business Hours)
Article 11: The operating hours of the main facilities of the Hotel are outlined in the provided brochure, posted notices, or the in-room service directory.
2. Business hours may be temporarily modified due to unavoidable circumstances. The Hotel will inform Guests in an appropriate manner in such cases.
(Payment of Charges)
Article 12: The breakdown of accommodation charges payable by the Guest is listed in Table 1.
2. Payment of the accommodation charges shall be made in cash or by other means accepted by the Hotel, such as traveler’s checks, accommodation coupons, or credit cards, at the front desk upon departure or when requested by the Hotel.
3. Even if the Guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the room has been made available, the Hotel will charge the full accommodation fee.
(Hotel's Liability)
Article 13: The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages incurred through the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract. However, this shall not apply if the damages are not attributable to the Hotel.
2. The Hotel is insured against liability in case of fire or other incidents.
(Handling of Deposited Articles)
Article 15: The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for damages in the event of loss, damage, or destruction of items, cash, or valuables deposited at the front desk, except in cases of force majeure. However, for cash and valuables, compensation is limited to a maximum of 150,000 yen unless the Guest has declared the type and value in advance.
2. For items, cash, or valuables not deposited at the front desk, the Hotel shall compensate for damages only if the loss or damage is due to the Hotel’s intent or negligence. However, the Hotel's liability is limited to a maximum of 150,000 yen unless the type and value have been declared in advance, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Hotel.
(Handling of Guest's Baggage or Belongings)
Article 16: If the Guest's baggage arrives at the Hotel before the Guest, the Hotel will store it only if prior arrangements have been made. The baggage will be handed over at the time of check-in.
2. If the Guest's baggage or belongings are found left behind after check-out and the owner is identified, the Hotel will contact the owner and follow their instructions. If no instructions are provided or the owner cannot be identified, the Hotel will keep valuables for 7 days, then deliver them to the nearest police station. Other items will be stored for 3 months before disposal, except for perishable items, which will be disposed of the next day.
3. The Hotel’s responsibility for storing the Guest’s baggage and belongings shall follow the provisions of the preceding article in case of intentional or negligent acts by the Hotel.
(Parking Liability)
Article 17: If the Guest uses the Hotel's parking lot, the Hotel merely provides a space and does not assume responsibility for the management of the vehicle, regardless of whether the key has been deposited with the Hotel. However, the Hotel will be liable for damages caused intentionally or negligently in the management of the parking lot.
(Guest's Liability)
Article 18: If the Hotel suffers damages due to the Guest's intentional or negligent actions, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for those damages.

- Up to 14 guests: No-show: 100%, Same day: 80%, 1 day prior: 50%, 2 days prior: 20%, 3-7 days prior: 10%
- 15-30 guests: No-show: 100%, Same day: 80%, 1 day prior: 50%, 2 days prior: 20%, 3-7 days prior: 20%
- 31-100 guests: No-show: 100%, Same day: 100%, 1 day prior: 80%, 2 days prior: 50%, 3-7 days prior: 30%, 8-14 days prior: 20%, 15-30 days prior: 10%
- More than 101 guests: No-show: 100%, Same day: 100%, 1 day prior: 80%, 2 days prior: 50%, 3-7 days prior: 30%, 8-14 days prior: 20%, 15-30 days prior: 10%, 31-40 days prior: 10%
Note: Percentages refer to the proportion of the Basic Accommodation Fee charged as cancellation fees.
If the contract period is shortened, a cancellation fee for one day will be charged.
For partial cancellations of group reservations (15 or more guests), no cancellation fee will be charged for up to 10% of the total number of guests as of 10 days prior to the stay.
(Supplementary Provisions)
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change, and the latest version will be posted on the Hotel's official website. Please check for updates before making reservations.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, the Hotel has established the following Usage Regulations in accordance with Article 10 of the Accommodation Terms. Please adhere to these regulations during your stay.
Non-compliance may result in the Hotel terminating your stay or access to the facilities, and you may be held liable for any damages caused.
1. Do not bring or use heating or cooking appliances, such as stoves or irons, in your room.
2. Refrain from smoking in bed or in any area where it may easily cause a fire (all rooms are non-smoking).
3. Avoid any other actions that may cause a fire.
1. Ensure that your room is locked when you leave.
2. Lock the door when you are in your room, especially when sleeping, and verify visitors before opening the door. If you suspect any suspicious persons, contact the front desk immediately.
3. Meetings with visitors in your room are not allowed.
1. Use the in-room safe or the designated lockers for cash and valuables. The Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items not properly secured.
2. Lost and found items will be handled in accordance with the law.
3. Deposited items will be stored in the cloakroom for up to 5 days.
1. Payment should be made at the front desk in cash, traveler’s checks, credit cards, or coupons recognized by the Hotel upon departure or when requested. Personal checks are not accepted.
2. When using Hotel facilities, such as restaurants, bars, or rental services, please present your room key and sign for the charges.
3. A deposit may be required upon arrival, depending on the circumstances.
4. Payment using checks other than traveler’s checks will not be accepted.
1. Do not bring items that may disturb other guests, such as animals (except service animals), hazardous materials, items with strong odors, or anything prohibited by law.
2. Do not engage in gambling, disorderly conduct, or behavior that may disturb other guests.
3. Do not use your room for purposes other than accommodation without the Hotel’s permission.
4. Do not use Hotel facilities or equipment for anything other than their intended purposes, and do not alter their original condition.
5. Do not display items that may detract from the Hotel’s appearance in windows.
6. Do not distribute advertisements, promotional materials, or sell goods within the Hotel without permission.
